Recommitment to Kwitcherbitchin’

I have a very old, ingrained habit of complaining. I grew up in a family of complainers. My mother was a martyr’s martyr. I heard “Kwitcherbitchin’!” a lot growing up. Complaining is a lot like smoking cigarettes; it’s great when you’re doing it, and a disgusting habit once you’ve quit. It’s also a really easy habit to pick up again, especially when I’m under stress. I recently came face to face with myself back in my complaining habit. Nobody else had to point it out. The requested contract was finalized before the week was out, and my colleagues began calling me The Manifesting Diva. Of course, it wasn’t just that incident. They noticed that I manifested my best and highest with unusual frequency. They noticed it …

Intention EASE

I dragged myself out of bed this morning. It’s better than it used to be, but sometimes I still have one of those “non-restorative sleep” nights. Doctors, family, and friends have suggested fibromyalgia, but denial works better for me. I have enough labels already, thank you! Anyway, I was still dragging around when the time came for Intentioning at 10 a.m. (Intentioning is one way we can connect with ourselves, each other, and the Universe. It really is a delicious way to start the day!) When I slow down, I …
